The Star Spangled Banner National Anthem Guitar Tab

The "Star-Spangled Banner" by Francis Scott Key and John Stafford Smith is the national anthem of the United States of America.

I saw the music notation for it at Wikipedia and thought it would fun and helpful to TAB it out for guitar using the DragonGuitar TAB Editor. Why not impress your American friends on the next 4th of July and play the National Anthem for them on guitar!

So here it is.

hmm good question....what tab editor do you use? I made this with DragonGuitar's Tab editor but it would be nice to make it work for something like Guitar Pro. What do you use?

I also have guitar pro 6 and TablEdit also Tux guitar. Tux guitar is free and plays all guitar pro stuff also. TablEdit is free, but there is a pay thing, not sure how that works though.

Well it looks like I won't be able to export it to any other format. I guess you would have to manually type in the TAB into your program of choice.

No problem, do one in slow, medium and reg. tempo. Should go over well for us that want to learn it. Actually, I can't play it yet. Oh, let me see if I can find one of my songs on box.com, I'll include it here. I'm singing and playing everything but the drums. https://app.box.com/s/wkxfj6k8ohg0kwz7ef2n
